A competitive percentage of your monthly rental income, typically 7%–10%, covering everything from tenant communications and rent collection to maintenance coordination and financial reporting. - Tenant Placement Fee
A one-time fee equivalent to 1 months’ rent, charged only when we secure a qualified tenant for your property. This includes marketing, showings, thorough screening, and lease preparation. - Maintenance Coordination
Transparent cost-plus pricing on maintenance and repairs. We only work with trusted vendors to ensure high-quality service, and we’ll always get your approval for major expenses. - Optional Services
- Eviction Protection: For an additional flat fee, we manage legal proceedings if eviction becomes necessary.
- Property Inspections: Quarterly or bi-annual inspections for a nominal fee to ensure your property stays in top condition.
- Custom Reporting: Detailed financial or operational reports tailored to your needs at an additional charge.
- Tax Protesting: Annual tax protesting. Owner only pays a percentage of any extra tax savings achieved. No payment if the protest does not deliver any extra tax savings.
